Immigration Forms & Packets

Accurate, professional preparation of official USCIS documents using only client-provided information.

Client Portal

Service Overview

We prepare your USCIS immigration forms accurately and completely, using only the information you provide. Every packet is reviewed for consistency and completeness before it reaches you for signature. We do not provide legal advice — for representation before USCIS, consult a licensed attorney or accredited representative. The same government forms are available free at uscis.gov; you pay for our time and clerical expertise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you give me legal advice about my immigration case?

No. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or represent you before USCIS. We prepare your forms accurately based on your information. For legal strategy, consult a licensed immigration attorney or a BIA-accredited representative.

Do I have to pay the USCIS fee to you?

No. We separate our service fee from government filing fees. You pay us our flat preparation fee; the USCIS filing fee is paid directly to USCIS by check, money order, or online using your filing receipt.

What if I'm missing a document?

Your client portal shows a required-documents checklist with what's received and what's still missing. We'll send bilingual reminders until your packet is complete, so your filing isn't delayed.
